G Brownies was founded by Pastry Chef Gelila Mulugetta.

“Since I was eight years old, I was passionate about baking and loved putting my own twists on traditional recipes. Brownies were a common celebration dessert in my household, but I always found myself adding additional ingredients to the mix to spice things up. After graduating from culinary school and working years on leveling up the traditional brownie recipe, I decided to commercialize my unique brownies by starting my own business. I’ve been living out my dream of providing my specialty curated brownies to the public.”
