Meet the Founder

G Brownies was founded by Pastry Chef Gelila Mulugetta, whose love for baking began at just eight years old.

Growing up, she was always in the kitchen experimenting with cake and brownie mixes, adding new ingredients and flavors to make them her own. What started as childhood curiosity quickly became a passion for creating desserts that were more exciting than the ordinary.

After graduating from culinary school and spending years refining her craft, Gelila combined her passion for pastry with her love of creative flavor development to launch G Brownies.

Today, every brownie is inspired by the same goal:
